Conference will be followed by the publication of papers (electronic and print versions) in the Proceedings of the conference, which will be placed in the Scientific Electronic Library elibrary.ru and registered in the RSCI database (Russian Science Citation Index). The Proceedings of the conference will be assigned with international standard book number ISBN.

Participation in the conference is without registration fee.
Publication of articles for foreign participants is free of charge.
Print version of the Proceedings of the conference will be 800 RUB.
Manuscripts must be written in English, with clearly understandable text and figures, on 3 (three) single-sided pages A4 paper sizes, paper margins 2,5х2,5х2,5х2,5 cm. Use Times New Roman font, single-spaced, 14 pt., justify.

- paper title with Times New Roman, all caps, bold, 14 pt, center;
- empty line;
- authors surname and initials with bold, 12 pt, center;
- affiliation (organizations full name, city, country) with italic, 12 pt, center;
- lead author email with italic, 12 pt, center;

- abstract is a paragraph of 300 symbols or less with Times New Roman, 12 pt, center;
